Lasergenesis – Laser Facial
Laser Genesis is a non-invasive laser treatment with little to no downtime. This treatment
restores skin tone and treats fine lines and wrinkles, scars, large pores and active acne. Using the body’s natural healing processes, this heat-based laser stimulates healing to promote collagen growth. The result is glowing skin with a more youthful skin tone and texture. This treatment is often done in conjunction with other aesthetic treatments to compliment their results. Acne patients typically are treated with a series of 6 treatments, one week apart. Many patients love the instant glow that this treatment delivers and choose to have Lasergenesis the week of a big event.
LPR – Laser Photorejuvenation
Laserphotorejuvenation (LPR), improves rosacea and can eliminate broken blood vessels, as well as red and blue facial veins. When used to treat fine lines and wrinkles, the LPR encourages collagen reformation under the surface of the skin to reduce fine lines and create a smoother texture. This laser procedure does not remove the outer layers of skin, so there is virtually no recovery time — a patient can return to normal activities immediately. Laser Skin Repair is safe for the face, chest, neck, and hands — anywhere sun damage shows.
Laser Skin Repair is relatively quick and can be performed with simple local or topical anesthesia in the office. Immediately after treatment, the skin will feel tight and turn slightly red. Sun spots that are treated in conjunction with the LPR will turn brown or gray then
diminish. Wrinkle reduction may not be noticeable until the treatment sessions are complete. It is recommended that the initial treatment consist of at least three sessions, each one month
apart. Our nurses and physicians will consult with you create a treatment plan that is specific to your skin type and desired results.
Laser Scar Treatments
If you have unsightly surgical scars, laser treatments can help lighten the pigment. Many patients who have had elective surgical procedures see us for a series of scar-lightening treatments. Call us as soon as your incision has healed to schedule your treatment! Our Registered Nurses and Physicians will assess your treatment area and create a custom treatment plan to improve your scar.
The red carpet of facials is here.
The treatment made popular by celebrities is now available at De Novo. The four-step treatment includes cleansing, exfoliating, extracting, and hydrating the skin with serums that are infused into pores with the HydraPeel Tip, a pen-like device.
The HydraFacial treatment starts with cleansing by removing the dead skin cells and excess sebum from the skin. Next, a mix of salicylic and glycolic acids are applied to the skin to break up any dirt and oil that's clogging pores. Then, the HydraPeel Tip is used to essentially vacuum out blackheads, dirt, oil, and impurities, while hydrating, plumping, and nourishing serums are simultaneously applied to the skin.

Botox is a neuromodulatorthat is injected into targeted treatment areas using an ultra-fine needle. It works by blocking the nerve signals needed for contraction of the facial muscles. The repetitious contraction of facial muscles is what causes expression lines and wrinkles. Once injected, the medication works to relax the muscles and decrease their movement. The effect is reduced appearance of lines and wrinkles in the area. You will see your results gradually kick in over 3-10 days following injection.
How does Botox work?
Botox can be used to soften lines and wrinkles on a number of different facial areas, including (but not limited to) the forehead, scowl (11’s), and eye area (crow’s feet). It may be injected in the lower face to soften dimpling of the chin, and help relax the muscles that pull down on the sides of the mouth (depressors).Platysmal bands on the neck can be relaxed with neuromodulators, giving a more youthful appearance. Botox can also be injected into the muscles of the jaw to help alleviate pain from teeth grinding or TMJ or for a jaw slimming effect. Botox can be used to treat migraines and tension headaches as well as hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating in areas such as the scalp, hands, feet, and underarms.
What areas can be treated with botox?

Botox treatments are quick with minimal discomfort. Most patients describe the sensation as a “quick pinch and a sting.” The treatment requires no anesthesia or recovery time although we can provide topical numbing for an additional cost. Many people get Botox during their lunch hours and are able to return to work right after their appointment.
what does a botox treatment feel like?
While the experience of each patient may differ, it usually takes 3-5 days to begin to see the effects of Botox. For some, it may take 2 weeks to see the maximum effect.
